I am a practical, interactive, Cognitive/Behavioral Therapist. My treatment approach is to provide support and feedback to you as you work toward making the changes you want or need to make in your life, or to resolve current or long standing problems that prevent you from living the life you would like to live.
I believe that counseling should be a collaborative effort between client and counselor, therefore, together, we will define the problem or situation that you are seeking help with, look at the choices you have, determine what a realistic outcome might be and develop a treatment plan (or plan of action), to help you resolve the problems that are bothering you, and that keep you from moving forward in your life.
