Rates are dependent upon the services provided.  Please call my office to discuss fees.

Reduced Fees:

Reduced fees are available on a limited basis.  Before you decide you can't afford counseling, talk to me.

Hours

Monday through Friday by appointment.

Insurance

At this time I do not take insurance.

My services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan as an "out of network provider".  Please check your insurance provider.  Other questions you might like to ask your provider are:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be billed for the full cost of the session. This fee will not be reimbursable to you by your insurance company. So, if you can't make it to your scheduled appointment, please call me.
